Australian Orders

We ship Australia-wide from Brisbane, QLD.

Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 AUD receive complimentary shipping Australia-wide. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your parcel has been collected.

International Shipping

At this time, Ode to Home ships within Australia only.

Delays

Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel and affected product and contact us at care@odetohome.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
